My approach in real estate is to focus on my clients’ individual needs while providing service oriented professionalism and a skillful, results oriented outcome. Reliability, negotiation savvy, market awareness, and high-level communication are what my clients experience.
I have been involved in various aspects of real estate, since 1998 as a Realtor®, loan officer, home-owner, and real estate investor. In addition to the conventional purchase and sales process, I have personal experience with Bank-Owned property, Short Sales, Condo-conversions, Construction Project Management, 1031 Exchanges, TIC's, and Property Management.
My career began in corporate and residential Interior Design. I have also worked in Project Management and Set Design for television. I hold a BFA in Interior Design with a focus in Computer Arts. This experience has proven invaluable to my many satisfied clients during their selling and buying process.
As a California native who has lived the past 18 years on both sides of the Bay Bridge, my knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area is varied and extensive. My goal is to bring this information to each individual situation so my clients realize their own personal real estate goals. Whether in Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Alameda, Piedmont, Albany, or El Cerrito, I am your Real Estate resource.
